With the Opencup almost over, we have had a good turn out so esl hope that the next will be alot better with more team's hopefull joining. All player's of the tce Opencup and the new ladder need to put the et PB guid on his esl profile. To get the right guid connect to a server and type "/pb_plist" then u get a part from your guid (8 letters), please copie this part and post it in youre esl profile.
Next round only players with complet guid in the profile will be able to play. The next ladder will be starting soon. So please make sure you got your pb guid. Once you have updated your profile with your guid you can then register your team, with ESL.
An forum-update is carried out tomorrow (February 06th, 2007) at the morning. Therefore the forum will be shut down for one hour. Unfortunately, we cannot call you the exact time. Affected by the restrictions will be the forum as well as new registrations. Further the ET part works without restrictions.
1944 Bay of Naples Allies are advancing through a town where Axis have been excavating Roman ruins under the streets in search of legendary relics. Allies need to steal the discovered Urn relic from the excavations. Meanwhile Mount Vesuvius has started erupting.
This is a totally reworked and more compact version of the Vesuvius map by mrfin & firefly 07.
With this mod it will add some custom sound vsays to your ordinary vsays. Its a fun soundpack for the month of October with halloween so close and all. Some of the sounds include screams, scary voices, southpark halloween clips, scary sounding welcomes and scary sounds. This pk3 also includes axis win/allies win sounds from the movie physco and the xfiles theme song so when you win a match you will here these sounds instead of your ordinary boring win sounds. Also I have found it hard when you have a jaymod mod to spice things up a bit. In NQ and ETpub you can add commands it doesn't work that way for jaymod so this is a little something I think that would help spice up a server and more for a jaymod server. But it can also be used in NQ and ETpub as well. ~way2hard
A small maintenance of the SL server is carried out tomorrow (February 01st, 2007) at 10-11 hours morning. Forum+web page won't be attainable for this time. Nothing is also tracked.
Molotov made map mod for Baserace Desert wich's adding a nice teamspecific glow to the boxes. As extra he removed the chargetime factor modification, so the gameplay stay balanced even if a team secured much more objective than the other one.
